Termination of Membership or Standalone Access

If your membership is terminated pursuant to the "Termination" provisions of these Terms and Conditions, all access to membership perks will cease immediately. It is essential to review and understand these comprehensive terms as a whole to ensure full compliance and awareness of your rights and responsibilities as a member or user.

Below, we detail some of the unique perks available across our membership tiers or as standalone offerings. Please note that access to these perks is contingent upon maintaining an active paid membership or purchasing and adhering to these Terms and Conditions and any additional terms provided by Vesotera.com for standalone offerings. Not all perks are available to all membership tiers or as standalone offerings; specific perks are linked to specific tiers or offerings, as detailed on the respective website and/or platform pages prior to subscription or purchase. This means that the perks you have access to are dependent on and limited to the tier to which you are subscribed or the specific standalone offering purchased.

You may directly support our mission, allowing us to continue exploring and sharing insights.

Contributions: Your contributions through memberships or standalone offerings support the ongoing creation and sharing of content. However, the extent and impact of these voluntary contributions are solely subject to the operational use and resource allocation decisions of Vesotera.com.

Finality of Support Contributions

In accordance with applicable guidelines, Vesotera.com will process any valid refund under the right of withdrawal within 14 days from when it receives your unequivocal withdrawal request (and, if applicable, after receiving any returned goods), using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed. If any goods are involved and you validly withdraw, (i) you must return the goods without undue delay and at the latest 14 days from the day on which you inform Vesotera.com of the decision to withdraw; (ii) you must generally bear the direct cost of returning such goods unless Vesotera.com has expressly agreed otherwise; (iii) you are responsible for ensuring the goods are returned safely; and (iv) Vesotera.com may withhold the refund until it has received the goods back, or until you have provided proof of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.

(b) Discretionary Refunds Outside the Right of Withdrawal

Cancellations must be requested at least 14 calendar days before the beginning of the next billing cycle and will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless explicitly stated otherwise. By subscribing, you agree to the recurring nature of the content or offerings and the associated charges.

Upon the effective date of cancellation, you will immediately lose all associated content, benefits, perks, access, or usage rights related to the canceled membership, subscription, or other recurring content or offerings. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, cancellations will not generally result in a refund or credit for any portion of the membership, subscription, or other recurring content or offering period that has already been paid for, whether used or unused.
